Service Satisfaction Guarantee
  • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion.

  • We will review your concern and offer a partial or full refund, a service redo, or a credit for future bookings, depending on the situation.

 
Refund Eligibility

 

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If the service was not provided due to an issue on our end, a full refund will be processed.

  • Service Quality Issues: If the service was not as expected and the issue is valid, we may offer a partial refund or a redo of the service.

  • Technical Payment Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or made duplicate payments, we will process a refund for the extra amount.

 
Non-Refundable Situations
  • Refunds will not be applicable in cases where:

    • The service was successfully provided as per the booking.

    • The client was dissatisfied due to personal preferences unrelated to the agreed service terms.

    • The cancellation was made less than 24 hours before the appointment (as per our cancellation policy).

 
Refund Process
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email at avisrota@gmail.com with relevant details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Any transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways may be non-refundable.
