Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Babita Baidya Avisrota, we value your time and strive to provide seamless services. Below are our cancellation and refund policies to ensure transparency and fairness.

Cancellation Policy
  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or a free rescheduling option.

    • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund or one-time free rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

  • No-Show Policy:

    • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the booking amount is non-refundable.

 
Rescheduling Policy
  • Rescheduling is allowed once without any additional charge if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a rescheduling fee (subject to service type and availability).

 
Service Provider Cancellations
  • In case Babita Baidya Avisrota cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

    • A full refund, or

    • A priority rescheduling at your convenience.

 
Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

  • Processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways may be non-refundable.

 
Emergency Situations & Exceptions
  • If there’s a genuine emergency, such as illness or unavoidable circumstances, please reach out to our support team. We will review your case on a case-by-case basis to provide a fair resolution.
