Client-Initiated Cancellations:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or a free rescheduling option.

Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund or one-time free rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the booking amount is non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed once without any additional charge if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a rescheduling fee (subject to service type and availability).
Service Provider Cancellations

In case Babita Baidya Avisrota cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

A full refund, or

A priority rescheduling at your convenience.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

Processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways may be non-refundable.
